So, where did my website go?

Recently I have noticed that website is just gone, not suspended. When I try to visit my own website I get an error that it can't find the server and the same goes for the cPanel.
First I thought: Well maybe they're updating the server or something. But it's lasting for weeks now. If my website got removed or the server is down for some reason I just like to be informed so I don't have to go asking it here ;) and I don't think it's that hard to just send everyone that has their website on that server an email to say that it's down.
I'm sorry if there are a lot of questions about this or if I could find my answer elsewhere, but I don't visit these forums very often (except to just log in) and I find it very confusing to find the information I need or where I need to ask.

We are redesigning our site and I think the e-mail notification of suspensions is being considered.

What was your cPanel username?

The account was terminated.
Reason: Suspended for extended period of time, terminated automatically.

alright so can I make a new one? How long after the initial suspension is your account terminated? a month? 2 months? and do those periods get added up if you have to unsuspend your account more than once?
Again it would've been useful if you get a email that you need to log in or else your site gets terminated. I find it rather awkward that you are forcing your users on to a forum which they might have no interest in, it's the hosting and other great features that got me here not this forum... I think it might be more useful if you use the cPanel to log in once every 2 weeks instead of this forum. The forum is very good for support though, but you don't go to the support unless you have a problem. These are just some ideas to improve your services, do with it what you want.

You can create a new account.

You need to login to the forums once every two weeks. If you don't your account is suspended and you then have ten days to request a unsuspension.

All you have to do is login. We don't require you to post like many free hosting services. That shouldn't be too much to ask for in return for what you are getting for free.
