SOA record is not ready for the domain

Hi,

I have a domain name 'mediacsi.com' from another provider and try to set the domain to use your DNS name servers:

ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

Unfortunately when I use the above I got a following error:

"DNS server is not configured properly for the domain "mediacsi.com". Please contact Technical Support on ns1.x10hosting.com (ns2.x10hosting.com) and ask for the proper preparation (create a SOA record)"

Can you help and set appropriate record(s) please?
