Social engineering website detected

I got an email from Google search console saying that one of my websites has social engineering content in it at
http://www.techman224[.]ca/home/webstati/public_html/update/Online-Mail.html.

I've tried to find if somehow this file got uploaded to my website, but I can't find it in my file manager. I think it was done at the server level. Could someone investigate this?

Looks like it's your site that was talked about in the other thread.
Did they provide any information just in case it was a false-positive?

I receive the exact same message about the exact same url, except that the domain name was my own:

http://www.strictquirks.nl/home/webstati/public_html/update/Online-Mail.html

which also doesn't have (and never did have) a /home subdirectory.

So yes, it's probably a false positive, but what can we do about that?

It was one of those threads about xo1 being blacklisted.
What's concerning is the fact that GMail finds the link you've posted to be suspicious (it even de-hyperlink'd the email entirely).
