there seems to be a problem in the configuration of softaculous, could you provide us with more detail so that we can resolve the problem quickly. In the meantime, can you try installing the software you want manually?

My subdomain address is tarunguy.x10hosting.com
Also I am unable to access the ftp is there any restriction for ftp I am using my cpanel access details for logging FTP.
