Softaculous ==> Piwik ==> port 80 ????

Unblocking of IPs is done by admins and it is at their discretion as to whether it is done on a case-by-case basis.

1.> I found "Piwik" in "Softaculous" in my x10hosting cPanel - assume it can be used in my account

2.> How do I make a "case" for unblocking port 80 for "Piwik" - for the admins to look at ????
