Softaculuos error in Cpanel

Hi,

I'm unable to install concrete5 or Wordress or any other app through softaculous the error shown is this :
[FONT=Verdana, Tahoma, Arial, 'Trebuchet MS', 'Times New Roman', Georgia, sans-serif, serif]
[/FONT]The INFO.XML file could not be found! Please report this to the server administratoThe INFO.XML file could not be found! Please report this to the server administrator


I will be thankful if somebody can help me in this regard
