Software Installs

I have tried a manual install and softaculous/simplescripts install of a couple of different softwares on the server and I keep getting errors once I go to visit the site that I had set up.

Let me be blunt. If you don't give specifics, you will not get any help.

I get a 500 server error and an aditional 404 error. I am trying to run Drupal or Joomla, i have tried everything including a manual install. every time I load an index.php or install.php I get the 500 and 404 errors.
