i've got... norton systemworks, antispam, firewall... spybot s&d, spysweeper, adaware, spyware blaster, adsgone2004, and adblock firefox extension.

be sure to look for good sales and rebates on products like norton, you can get it for close to nothing.

I´m using Microsofts AntiSpyware and works really good, but this use a lot memory.

im not sure what you mean by 'cleaning up your computer'

but webroot's spysweeper is a great program for spyware
avg is a good antivirus
and ccleaner is great at removing temp files, history, stuff on clipboard, etc

and dont forget to do an occassional defrag

I tried to do that and my command prompt complained about the file type, so I gave up. I had to use the Windows CD.
