[Solved]Database Missing

I just started working on my site and about 2 hours ago everything was fine, but now when i try to access main site and forum i get the msql error.

Low and Behold i went into Cpanel and boom no databases. I can aswell create another one but i dont know if this will happen frequently. any intakes why this happened please?

It's still there, you just can't access it because MySQL has gone down. I have told staff and it should be back up again soon.
