Some Can View Site, Others Can't

Hello there.

In recent days, my site has been working just fine for me and many other people. However, it also seems that many other people from diverse locations cannot view it at all.

Is there something going on right now that is preventing some people from viewing certain sites while still allowing others to view them? Strange issue.
