Some of my folders won't delete

I have problems where folders won't delete so my domains won't configure correctly, is it possible that my hosting files can be wiped clean so I can upload everything from a clean start with everything reset?

The only way to actually reset an account is terminating the account, after which you can sign up for a new one.

What folders can't you delete? We may be able to clean up the account for you.
