Some Problems I'm having, can anyone help?

I am having a number of problems, I have been having these problems lots lately, not sure if it's x10 or my account, any suggestions?

problem 1.
My site always seems to experience downtime, I know I'm on lotus.

problem 2
I regularly see error 522 - disk space full in filezilla

problem 3
I can't reply to any thread in the forum

Is anyone else experiencing these problems or am I the only one?

Additional details
I have a Joomla site, I am following the TOS and I have only used around 100MB of space

Im also a n00b with x10 so welcome from one n00b to another

Seems to be fixed - well its now working for me after a few days of the same error in my filezilla.
