Every time I go to my cPanelX account and click on "RVSiteBuilder" or "Softaculous", the following message appears:
"Sorry, the file /var/cpanel/rvglobalsoft/rvsitebuilder/www/index.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so.
Please contact your provider."
What could be the problem? The two software programs were working the night before.
