Till the last few days, I had an hosting account and my domain was www.thepaperbird.co.cc
Last month, I was sent an e-mail about inactivity but I did not bother because the servers were moving and I thought it wouldn't matter..and guess I was wrong.
Apparently, the reason why my website has not been loading is that it's been terminated. I can't see any suspension history. When I click on Hosting in my account panel, it says-
Does termination mean you still have the data and I can have it back, or does it mean that my hosting account has been permanently removed?
And I'm sure I did not violate the TOS. It was only a day to day wordpress blog.
(However, if it's about one person having two accounts, I could only move my blog to my main account when the cPanel would work at all!! I'm not at fault at that..I only came to know this a few days ago, and since then, cPanel has not worked!)

Woah! It appears that you do not have hosting under your client account. This could be the result of a different scenarios:
An older account was removed as the result of inactivity.
A past account has been terminated for breaching our Terms of Service.
You have never had a hosting account.
Whatever the reason, you can always sign up for a hosting account now.
If you believe that this is a mistake you may open a support ticket here.
