I registred my website to host today, but when i try to get in it " http://gta4br.com/ " it send me to http://gta4br.com/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

When you add a domain, two things happen.
First the x10hosting nameservers are updated, usually almost immediately. That is why the request for your domain shows a page at x10hosting.
Second, the specific server you are on has to be updated to take the request and send it to your account. That can take up to 24-48 hrs because such updates put more stress on the server than the ones to the nameservers.
Until that happens, the server put up the default page you see. It should disappear in a day and your site should be reachable. Make sure you clear your browser cache and history before checking again.
