sometimes the 404 not found error is coming

i have tried to access the website but i have seen a 404 not found error. then i tried to login to control panel where it shows the fatal error has occured. and i then i have opened online file manager which does not have a single file in a web root folder.
After few minutes i have checked it again then no problem at all. so i dont understand what the actual problem is.
please help me. to keep my website 100% up

Lotus had a hiccup and needed to be rebooted, which was the cause of those errors. It shouldn't be happening again any time in the near future
