Sorry for the inconvenience message displayed when logged in to cPanel.

When i log in to my cPanel, I see the following message:

Sorry for the Inconvenience!
The filesystem mounted at / on this server is running out of disk space. cPanel operations have been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition.

How do i fix this? My website works fine (http://yougames.x10.mx) but i cannot access cPanel.
I have the starka server and on the x10hosting.com/control it shows it is not suspended.
