Ok I thought maybe there is a problem with that url so i logged into http://x10hosting.com/control/ and when i clicked the button "Login into cPanel" , it gave me the same message as written above.

It appears all users on the server 'Chopin' are experiencing this problem when trying to access cPanel. This is out of your control and you will need to wait for an administrator to fix this problem - this is not related to your individual disk space because of course it is unmetered.
