[Sorted] Cannot login in cpanel

I know that we cannot login into the account panel, but we should be able to login into our cpanel right? I can't, maybe I forgot my password, which I doubt, or my account got deleted? Is that possible?

I know since today that our website gets suspended if we don't log in forum for a month, my website has gone inactive since a while (a few weeks) and I did not look into it until today. Did my stuff get deleted? If not, how can I reset my cpanel password?

My username on cpanel is 'zalaeth' and my website is 'rsseater.co.cc'. I'd be grateful if anyone could help.

Since we cannot access Account Panel we need a Senior Staff to resolve this.When i access rsseater.co.cc it still says suspended

You cannot access your cPanel when you are suspended. That is part of the suspension. It does not mean that your account has been deleted (unless it has been suspended for more than 10 days).
As mentioned above, this will be taken care of by an Admin.

Suspension reason was as follows:

You have been suspended for inactivity. It is a requirement that you login to the x10hosting forums once every month to keep your account active; posting is never required. This is an automatic suspension, you're able to unsuspend yourself immediately.

Ah, we can only unsuspend from the account page, which is not usable at the moment. This explains why I couln't do much.
