SpamAssassian

Does the email servers have spamassassian installed on them? If not, granted I know this is a free service but worth asking, could it be installed?

I'm not sure if it's installed on your server, but I don't think it is. Please try logging in to cPanel and look for the SpamAssassin icon there. If it isn't there it's not installed. I've spoken to the administrators about this, and it seems as though it was removed for being a bit of a resource hog. I'm not sure which servers it was removed from though.

We removed them a while ago because of the amount of resources that were being used. Once we are finished maintenance we can look at re-adding it.
