Speed Issues

I created a free account with you to test a system I am building using Joomla for the Mountain Rescue Team that I work for. Speed and access was great for the first week but not the acces times and response from the server is so slow, it is unusable. the Team Members I asked to test the system say it is unusable. As you can see from my history, I was going to upgrade my account to a Preium and use you for the hosting of the live site, but if this is what I can expect, maybe I should look elsewhere. Is there something wrong with my account that makes the response very slow or is this what I should expect from this side of the Atlantic.

This is most likely temporary server load on Boru and should resolve itself soon.

Premium hosting is completely different from free as there are fewer users and since its paid, less abuse, and therefore faster.
