[SPLIT] FTP Problems

Sorry, but while I can use contrp panel & softaculous, I can't connect using ftp. I have set up Filezilla using the details given, but all I get is:

Are you by chance using the latest version of Filezilla? Our administrative staff advised us earlier this evening that the latest FZ appears to have problems with some servers; this is backed up by the increasing number of tickets for 3.10.0.1 in the FileZilla issue-tracker. In the few I looked into, older versions were reported as still working. If you're on the latest FZ, I'd recommend downgrading to see if that fixes it.
