It's a fake. First of all, it's using JavaScript by the looks of it to create a window, and it's got a Windows Explorer look to it in Mozilla Firefox (Firefox has VERY limited ties to explorer if anything!). Also, the operating system in use seems to be Knoppix Linux. I may be wrong though but that's what it looks like to me. Lastly, showing that many results especally on a Linux system or even Windows shows BS. I checked Site Advisor as well and they have no results on that page what so ever. Looking up the site info on Google, not much comes up other than to show it's a combo search engine/virus scanner and "remover" that gives tons of false positives.

Listen: For those of you who want free scans, stick to Avast! Home Editon 4 for your anti-virus, Spybot Search and Destroy and Windows Defender (with UAC if you have Vista)/Ad-Aware. Those are the best pieces of software for free that you can use. If you want to get risky or if you're very knowledable, HijackThis! is great as well.

For extra info, look at WHOIS ;). Especially the domain's creation date.
