SQL database backup

Go into cpanel, click on backup (second row of icons), then click on the name of the sql database you want to backup under the section called "Download a MySQL Database Backup"

Or.. Just another way..

Go into phpmyadmin, and click on "Export", on the main screen. From there, you can backup everything you want, including inserts/no inserts, all pretty much anything you can think of.

there is no phpmyadmins...

If you go into cpanel, click on mysql databases and there is a link to phpmyadmin at the bottom of the page.

lol, i didnt at first either, but just browse around a little and you will get used to it eventually, i did, but if you have php nuke installed (i dont think you do but ill just throw it out there) you can go to admin.php and click on backup database, but im sure everyone already knew that...
