Recently i used the fantastico deluxe in the cpanel to install phpbb.
the installation automatically created a database for me for using phpbb.
it was fine for a few days.
as the forums basic structure was created and then suddenly the database was deleted.
the software is still in my account.
i am also not facing any suspension.

ps. i already had 3 sql databases and before creating another one all three and all users associated with it were deleted.But the sql account counter at the homepage of cpanel still showed 3 accounts(with red colour indicating max).
all the data has been lost and i dont have any backup please be kind enough to give me the essential information about resetting/restoring my database.As it was created by fantastico, the DB name and user was ignored by me.
