How can I restore my SQL Database.

There are plans to enable this feature, but I don't think it's available for now. There is no way of restoring the databases currently if you do not have a backup copy.

cPanel is a control panel to manage a hosting account. It provides features such as file management, email management, ftp management, automated script install and more. Features such as database backup are custom built, as they are not part of the cPanel distribution.

How can I restore my SQL Database.

Log in to your cPanel and go to PHPMyAdmin. There, you can find options to upload a back-up copy of your database that you have and recover it.
