Do you mean, you can't see your database or Are you asking for how to create database?

For the first case check in phpmyadmin, do you see your database?

Second case goto cpanel and click on "Mysql Databases" there you can create the database.

I created a database and user a few days ago.
Today, they're gone.:frown:
But I do not delete them...

It seems like there is an issue somewhere, an admin has been notified and is working on it.
