SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]

Please help me on solve these problems.
when i open the main page on my site www.oil.x10.mx there is no problem, but when i to the forum appears the following: SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]

Too many connections [1040]

An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists.
Also when log to the cpanel i reccieve the folowing

The filesystem mounted at / on this server is running out of disk space. cPanel operations have been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition.

Currently, I can see your site/forums fine with no errors. Your earlier problems might have been due to the migration settling in.

Post back if you still have problems.
