SQL Error with phpBB

From one day to another my phpBB keeps telling me:

"SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]

Too many connections [1040]

An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists."

Any password was changed, and I can't access the database! The website says that all services are up.

Seems there are some people having similar issues as you with database connection on the free servers. I would just allow staff get time to resolve the issue. They are pretty good about dealing with these problems.
