Sql error

After update MySQL in Boru server, my phpbb3 forum not working,
hawe this error message:

"General Error
SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]

Table 'phpbb_users' is read only [1036]"

Please help me, what my problem?

Server: boru
user: ideas

I try delete MySQL user, and add again whit all privileges, but problem same.
