sql errors on chopin

Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL

this erro is appearing when i try and go to my website and in the admin, if i refresh it comes up with my website but if i try and then go to a link this error keeps coming up...is there a problem with chopin? i know a few days ago they were upgrading but it still seems to be messed up

Make sure you're using localhost as your database host.

Make sure your database Host is set to localhost in wp-config.php

configuration.php for joomla

I am also having this same problem.
I keep getting "Error establishing a database connection" But sometimes i do get a connection.
And I am using localhost.

I have notify an admin about that, They will look into this issue as soon they read my alert..
