SQL External Server Name?

Hello. I'm creating a program in Visual Basic 2010 Express and I would like to connect to one of my databases. I need an external server name to connect to. (Like an IP address)

MySQL server name ==> [ localhost ]
Note: x10hosting's free-hosting accounts do not have remote MySQL database access (both incoming and outgoing from the account)
