SQL server address - change this and avoid problems I hope.

:grouphug:It's a bit hard to find concrete info here, but it seems many people here are using 'localhost' as their SQL server hostname. I did for some time with no problem.

Recently there have been some changes, and the site kept crashing with SQL errors. Sometimes it would seem to work, but rarely. After a bit of digging around I found a hint (no more) that the address should be 'mysql.x10hosting.com'.

Since changing the address in my pages there have been no problems. That doesn't mean it's fixed, but...

There is already a sticky in this forum containing that information. You should look around before re-posting stuff.
