SQL Server is offline

Hello,

I've read this:

(Completed) All Free Servers2 weeks agoWe will be updating our MySQL servers to the latest version this evening, there will be a minor outage for the MySQL servers during this time. We expect no more then 5 minutes of total downtime for this upgrade.

It says that its completed.
However, when I try to enter to mysql it says, server is offline.
