1040 - Too many connections

[READ] Unable to connect to MySQL server

Thats what my forum keeps saying

Make sure that u used "localhost" as db server name (without quotes)

But sometimes i can get on it

I am having this trouble as well. Every once in a while (almost every time I go to a page) I get this error:

General Error

SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]

Too many connections [1040]

An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists.

If I reload it works again, sometimes it takes several times though.

Help?

Before some time some problems were reported by many users.Admins r aware of that,cannot tell when it will be corrected. So we have no other option than to wait
