I do not believe SSH is allowed on free servers. I'm sorry, you would need to buy paid hosting or a VPS for that.

What do you need to use SSH for and I'll try to help you find an alternate way of doing it?

Hi,
SSH/Shell access is not enabled on the free hosting for security reasons.
You should be able to modify your website without problems using FTP, or cPanel File Manager.
