Hi jenawan,

SSH access is currently not provided for free hosting users. You will have to upgrade to our premium services to take advantage of SSH.

Also, could you provide us with a link to where you found that announcement stating that SSH is reenabled?

From the format, I believe that announcement was taken from the Premium Support Area Announcements: http://clients.x10hosting.com/announcements.php?id=14

That section is for Premium (Paid) Hosting Users only. Announcements there apply for paid servers, not free.

You would have to buy a paid plan or a VPS if you want SSH access
