SSH access

I'm trying to get SSH access to my little section of the server, so that I can activate a program I'm putting in, but it doesn't seem to be enabled? Wondering if I could have some help with it.

Due to security reasons its disabled on Free Hosting .

Also the free servers are for websites only, no programs or servers or scripts that run continually
