SSL Access Request

I would like to request permission to use SSL in free hosting.

My server is: x12.x10hosting.com
My DirectAdmin user is: stonywal

When I navigate to https://x12.x10hosting.com:2222/user/ssl I receive the following message:

"Feature Disabled
This feature has been disabled. Please, contact your administrator."

The option is there and appears to be working. I am now receiving the "Error creating new order :: too many new orders recently" error. I'll wait it out and try when it might be less busy.
