SSL Certificate expired 4 days ago - no access

I am receiving an error message: This server could not prove that it is camp.x10host.com; its security certificate expired 3 days ago.
Is it possible to update the SSL Certificate? I am not techie inclined. I do not have a SSL Certificate under Account Manager.
