i show that it is enabled for your account. could you try logging out and clearing your cookies? and then navigate to the main SSL page and see if the tab shows up for letsencrypt

I tried it by clearing the cookies and cache, and in another browser but it didn't work. :(

Edit:

It looks like x12 let's encrypt isn't working for me either now. I'm forwarding this to the admin team.

I would like to remove the sign on my web site Non Trusted Certificate.
Can anyone please help me to add the button "Free & automatic certificate from Let's Encrypt"?

PS Unable to use discord

Yes, thank you, I will next time.
I resolved the issue my choosing the Automatic certificate from ACME provider and by selecting the Wild Card option. Just to close the topic.
