SSL Certificate not working

Hi, my SSL certificate was recently activated and was working great. But this week I've noticed that is not working any more. Can you please check why is it that is not working? Domain is riveralopez.mx

You will need to obtain the SSL Certificate through the hosting control panel:

Account Manager > SSL Certificates > Get automatic certificate from ACME Provider

thank you, I did it like a month ago and worked great. I've already done it one more time and it works. Do you know why the past certificate just worked for a month? Even when Autorenew is enabled? and same Let's Encrypt certificate? Do you know if it was a fault in my side? Just to be aware in the future.
