SSL CERTIFICATE

Hello x10Hosting Support,


I recently applied for a Let’s Encrypt (ACME) SSL certificate for my website zurielat.x10.mx through the control panel. It has been over 24 hours, but the SSL certificate has not yet been applied or shown as active on my site.


Could you please check the status of the request or let me know if I need to take any further action on my end? I would appreciate any help in ensuring the SSL is properly installed.

Try it again but uncheck the wildcard box and check boxes for domain and subdomains.
