SSL for Free Hosting

When trying to implement ssl on my free account ie: add SSL in search or clicking on https://x15.x10hosting.com:2222/user/ssl i get the following error;

Cannot Execute Your Request

You are not allowed to modify your ssl settings

Also can i increase my available diskspace as it is getting low?

To increase space you must be using at least 75% of your total space.
you must also make sure you do not have stored backups or zip files.
also saved emails or recently deleted files can take up space to.
you can check your trash folder in case the auto purge missed them.

all files must be used by your website. see terms of service.
staff will need to check to see if you qualify for an increase.
