SSL for my website

Hi,
I saw there's a way to Add SSL to our X10 web sites, but I wasn't sure what steps I need to do to make this happen for my website.

Thanks in Advance for any help.
I'm still new at this so don't get mad if I ask a rookie question.

If you are on the free service login to the control panel and type SSL in the search bar. Then click on SSL Certificates.

No matter what I do I have no option for SSL. Any suggestions? I'm on X15.
