SSL Issue on Free Accounts – Request for .well-known Folder Access

Hello! My website is also not working due to SSL certification issues. I’ve read that you are aware of this problem and have been trying to resolve it for several days. I wanted to ask if it might be simpler and faster to allow access to the .well-known/acme-challenge and .well-known/pki-validation folders, so that free account users could install certificates generated via Let’s Encrypt or ZeroSSL themselves?

Free account users can still manually install SSL Certificate they obtain (like from sslforfree.com) on their own.

Towards those folders, I do not think it will be allowable for security reasons.

Sslforfree.com redirects to the same interface as ZeroSSL, where the final step for obtaining a certificate is validation via one of three methods:

1. Email Verification – via a message sent to admin@mydomain.x10.bz. No emails are received at this mailbox I set up in my panel. I suspect it is being blocked.
2. DNS (CNAME) – I can enter the data, but it cannot be read externally. ChatGPT confirms that this is intentionally blocked.
3. File Upload – requires access to a file in the /.well-known/pki-validation/ directory, which is what I requested in this post.

Which of these methods would you recommend for completing the verification to successfully obtain the certificate?

Currently, none of the options will work as there is a current issue with DNS on x10.bz subdomains that is actively being worked on. An update will be posted when resolved.
