I have my SSL Cert in public_html/.well-known/pki-validation, where do i find the httpd.conf or apache2.conf?

This is mostly for a VPS equivalent or greater. And that is not available to do this on free shared hosting.

As of this post there no SSL related configuration provided on DirectAdmin to change any SSL certificate. This will change in the future depending on the x10hosting staff.
