SSLExplorer asking for Username & Password

Hi,

Since I signed up, my website has been going down and up, maybe server issues.

Just now though, my domain http://www.cashmybux.com wasn't working, but after 5 minutes, my domain points to this thing called SSLExplorer and It's asking me for a Username & Password.

Can someone please explain why my website is always shutting down for a good 15 minutes?

Also, why would my domain redirect to SSLExplorer?
