This is not from the litespeed update.
Your files are not gone. (They reside on the SAN)
Your account is not suspended.

Now that you are aware that your files are fine. I'd like to state that are working on the problem and are posting status updates on http://status.x10hosting.com/. If your account is on starka please check the status updates before creating tickets about your account missing its files, suspended, or not working.
