Starka Downtime

After your recent upgrade to new software which was meant to make the system faster or something, I have had NO access to my site for two days, then you come out and say that your upgrade failed and your changing back, at this point another TWO days of downtime. Is this issue gonna be fixed or am I gonna be without all my hosted files for a while?

Your website is loading fine for me. Try flushing your DNS and clearing your browser cache.

Just flushed it and deleted cache, still not able to view my site. :s

EDIT: I can't access starka.x10hosting.com either. I have no idea what to do, flushed dns, deleted caches, deleted temp files oO
